PKL 60\40 to 210\80

The PKL semi-automatic\manual series of "L" sealing packaging systems are designed to be flexible, versitile and dependable in the packaging of a large array of products, with the use of various center fold. With state of the art technology and materials it is a strong machine that is very easy to use. With optional hot bar with touch pad and digital readout, automatic cycle, and automatic waste recovery.Our design engineers will modify any machine depending on the needs of the customer.

PKM 90/60 70/60 50/40

The PKM series of semi-automatic/manual "L" sealers are designed to be flexible, versitile and dependable in the packaging of a large array of products, with the use of various single fold films. With state of the art technology and materials it is a strong machine that is very easy to use. With standard hot wire, or optional hot bar with touch pad and digital readout, automatic cycle, and automatic waste recovery. In the short version this is also one of the smallest complete "L" sealer and shrink system on the market.

TECHNICAL FEATURES
Sealing bar obtained from chemically treated casting with hydraulically operated closing function controlled either by a special pedal or by using the automatic cycle (on request).
Independent feeding belt, with adjustable height.
Shrinking tunnel with hot air distribution at low turbulence, thermal recovery system and even distribution of heat for greater power saving.
Electronically controlled speed adjustment with digital display optional. Electronic control of oven temperature and sealing bar with digital display. Machine constructed according to the latest EEC standards.
Self-cooled electronic components.
Wrapping materials: Cryovac, PPT, PTE.

PKS 50/40-67/50

SEMI-AUTOMATIC SHRINK-WRAPPING MACHINE
PKS Shrink wrapping machine is particularly versatile and especially conceived to wrap small to medium sized products using shrink-resistant film types. PKS is equipped with two independent belts and is very easy to operate (also by unskilled personnel); moreover, it requires no special maintenance. Wrapping speed is between 20 and 25 wraps per minute, with possibility of carrynig out the cycle in automatic mode.

The PKAF series of automatic "L" sealing systems with integrated shrink tunnel are designed to be flexible, versitile and dependable in the packaging of a large array of products, with the use of various single ply films with sealing dimension of 500x350, 670x500 and 750x600mm. With state of the art technology and materials it is a strong machine that is very easy to use with a Siemens PLC and touch pad with digital readout. With multiple loading devices and options this is an all in one unit with a packaging output of up to 25 packs per minute.
