Sleave sealing systems

FKB COMPACT 700/900 The FKB Compact series of sleave sealing systems comes with either a straight conveyor belt, a 90° belt with pushing mechanism (mechanical or pneumatic) for multi-packs or an in-line pushing mechanism, has a hot knife sealing and cutting system with interchangable teflon parts, a motorized reel unwinding system to facilitate the machines operation. An incorporated shrinking tunnel with a hot air distribution system with low turbulance, thermal recovery and even distribution of heat guarantee considerable energy savings. Conveyor belt with a steel mesh or silicone rollers. Electromechanical adjustment of the conveyor belt speed and electrical adjustment of the temperature by means of a Siemens touch pad with digital display. Self cooling electrical components and tunnel insulation with 6cm of fiber glass to cut heat dispersion to a minimum. The machine has adjustable feet, with wheels available on demand. Power supply 220/380V 50Hz three phase plus ground.
