SHRINK WRAPPING TUNNELS |

IPK 40/20 to 150\70 single chamber tunnels.
The IPK series of single chamber shrink tunnels are used for most products
with standard films up to 100 microns. They are used in-line with a flow
wrappers, "L" sealers, horizontal side sealers, sleave sealersand other types of
wrapping machinery. They have variable speed belts or silicone rollers, Siemens
touch pad with digital readout. All systems have 6cm of insulation and have a
thermal recovery system that can save up to 50% on energy usage. TECHNICAL
FEATURES
Exclusive low turbulence hot air distribution system with heat recovery
and even power distribution, giving considerable energy
savings.
Electro-mechanical adjustment by touchpad with digital readout.
Self-cooled electrical and electronic components. Safety systems in compliance

IPK Triple chamber shrink tunnel
A triple chamber shrink tunnel especially studied to shrink
wrap hard to shrink products and films, also for high speed aplications and long
products up to 6 meters. For products after they have been wrapped on a flow
wrapper, "L" sealer, horizontal side sealer, sleave sealer or any other type of
wrapping system. An esclusive hot air distribution system with low turbulance
and thermal recovery aids in energy savings of up to 50%. Electromechanical
adjustment of the conveyor belt/mesh or silcone rollers and temperature
adjustment by means of a siemens touch pad with a digital readout ensures an
even shrink, and the IPK is maintenance free.

IPK 70/40
IPK 70\40 are med sized shrink tunnels that are used in-line with flow
wrappers, "L" sealers, horizontal side sealers, sleave sealers or any other type
of wrapping system

IPK HVI openable shrink tunnel
A small shrink tunnel especially studied to shrink wrap
food or flammable products after they have been wrapped on a flow wrapper, "L"
sealer, horizontal side sealer, sleave sealer or any other type of wrapping
system. An esclusive hot air distribution system with low turbulance and thermal
recovery aids in energy savings of up to 50%. Electromechanical adjustment of
the conveyor belt/mesh or silcone rollers and temperature adjustment by means of
a siemens touch pad with a digital readout ensures an even shrink, and the HVI
is maintenance free. The HVI stainless steel version for food grade product is
cleanable thanks to the opening top with two large pnuematic pistons. This sytem
is also available with extensive security systems, in the case of a power outage
the tunnel will open automaticaly to release the heat, extreemly usfull for
