Our printers model DATA enables to print by heat transfer to a foil following informations: identification of a product, batch coding, expiration date, size, weight, etc..
Avalable are types as single figures or individual blocks.The print, applied with hot types and then transferred by pigmented foil, may be reproduced on all common packing materials, with instant dry, clear and indelible print. The printer can be used in-line with packaging or labelling machines. Anticorodal aluminium body, all moving parts on ballbearings, metal parts mainly stainless or chromium plated, no mantenance needed.

The CX range of hot foil printer give instant dry, clear, indelible prints without blurring or smudging on any type of wrapping. They are useful for applying data and information relating to the packaging, prod. and exp. dates, lot number, bar code etc.
Their compact structure makes it easy to fit them onto intermittent packaging machines, and with a special structure, also onto continuous machines.

The SNT model hot foil printer may be applied to multi-track packaging machines and can house from 2 to 5 printing heads.
The particular construction of the SNT model allows the pigmented foil to be tilted in relation to the type holders. This solution has proved the most suitable for printing in small areas on several lines, while ensuring high quality at low cost.
The print, reproduced with hot types and the transferred by pigmented foil, may be reproduced on all common packing materials, with instant dry, clear and indelible print.

DRY SYSTEMS
This marking machine, so different from the others, because of its peculiarities of great versatility and aeasy employment, is essential in the alimentary and cosmetic industry and packages in general.
The main peculiarities are:

• Power adjustement up to 300 kg. through pressure governor
• Stamping on any kind of surfaces or materials (paper, dull or traslucent card,plastic rolled sections, aluminium, bicomponent cardboard blister type etc…), the marking machine does not work on materials with empty inside that cannot support the stamping power.
• Electro-pneumatic operation 6/8 atm.
  

HOT
Particulary suitable for companies needing the printing of lot and code number, product type or colour inside their packages. This machine is suitable for printing on any surfaces or materials such as paper, glass, metal, plastic, etc… It is also possible, using special pads, to print on concave and convex parts with dimansions up to 34x34 mm. The utilizable inks of different kinds, are available in black, white, blue and yellow. The electro-pneumatic operation allows the printing by putting the object against the register and pressing lightly. By request it is possible to supply a minicompressor for the operation.
