Rotating printers

The printer model RTM has been designed to
reduce ti a minimum production down-times due to replacing the ink roll or the
types, thus eliminating prolonged, costly stops.
The mechanical construction
of the RTM model printer is simple with features aimed at optimising operation
and ensuring long-term reliability. With thermoplastic ink impregnated rolls,
printing continues interruptly for a long time.
The ink is consumed gradually
and never dries up suddenly, so that replacement of the roll may be planned in
advance.
The RTM printer may be easily installed on continuous packaging
machines, reaching up to 600 imprints per minute.

RM-2 is a very compact rotary coder which
uses the instant dry thermo fusible ink, designed to print dates, batch numbers,
prices and other variable information on every type of flexible packaging such
as cellophane, polypropylene, aluminum, polyester or cardboard, at speed up to
35 M per minute, on a 30x35mm printing area. It can be easily installed on all
types of continuous motion packaging machines such as flow pack units,
form-fill-seal packaging machine.
