This machine is specially made to pack furniture that has to be assembled by the endconsumer. It is also suitable to pack every kind of goods when we need a lot of different sized boxes and to protect your goods in the best way.

Infeed side for the carton, starting from flat plied carton or carton in rolls with a max. diameter of 1,5 meter. This way of working makes that we have a lot of reserve to pack whole day. Easy changing the formats is an other advantage for this type of machine.

The machine is easy to maintain, thanks to the good design you can reach every part to adjust in a minimum of time. Note that we make 120 boxes in one hour with a lenght of 2500mm, a width of 1200mm and a height of 300mm. The total weight of each box can be 80kg. The speed of 120 boxes is reached when we fill the boxes by hand, using the four filling stations. When we use automatic filling of the boxes by using robot systems, we can reach up to 180 boxes, depending on the goods we have to put in the boxes.

Here you have the view from the outlet of the machine with the final glue station and folding unit (picture taken during the nstallation of the complete line with a length of 32 meter = 4 filling stations). The boxes are tightly closed and your goods are protected in the best way.

Boxes can be printed with the design of the furniture as well as with a detailled description of how the goods have to be assembled.

The endresult is a nice and well protecting packaging for your furniture. Way of working is as follows:

1- Carton feeding unit

2- Carton cutting station for the exact with and length of each box.

3- Waste recovering unit to collect the carton that is in oversize.

4- Forming unit to make the width and the height of the box.

5- Glueing unit to spray a foam of glue over a width of 40mm.

6- Foam cutting unit to place on the outsides of the box.

7- Unit to put the foam protection at the beginning and the end of the open folded box.

8- Filling stations. Here the boxes can be filled by hand or in automated way.

9- Folding station to close the filled box partially.

10- Spraying unit that puts a strip of foamed glue on the foam protection parts.

11- Final closing of the boxes.

12- Closing the finished box with a tape at the topside of the box.
