HORIZONTAL PACKAGING MACHINES  MOD. LYRA 600

1. Functional and constructive characteristics

    a). Cantee lever style machine, all mechanical transmissions behind the packing area

b). Main frame in powder coated steel and non corrosive aluminium

c). 1,5 meter long infeed conveyor complete of  :

 Plastic pusher supports and easy removable plastic pushers

 Side guides adjustable in width

 Product phasing on the infeed conveyor, push button system in order to facilitate and accelerate the changeover time from one product to another

d). Self supporting, self-centring film roll holder :

 Suitable for 600 mm. wide roll, complete of fine centring, (maximum film roll  300 mm).

e).  Film roll brake

f). One fixed or one adjustable forming box

g). Calander for film passage                                                           

h). Two sets of independent fin wheels as follows :

 The fin wheel have a  120 mm. in order to ensure a constant temperature
