Our KosiJet printing system is just perfect for marking text and other information directly onto large moving objects.
Printing speed is now as high as 80 metres/minute, even at a print distance to the substrate of 20 millimetres. Best performance is achieved at 50 metres/minute and 10 millimetre print distance.
By connecting 2 printheads to a single controller, it is easy to print the front and back of a moving product at the same time. Similarly, this machine can print independent text on products moving along adjacent lines.

The system can be used as stand-alone, by inputting text and other parameters from the keyboard. Also, the KosiJet can be applied as an integrated part of a production process, and we are pleased to advise our clients on this. We have developed the necessary communication protocol for the KosiJet to interface through standard RS232 connections.
We understand the frustration caused by downtime on production lines, and so we made the KosiJet a user-friendly and reliable machine.
