Always the best solution, our complete commitment to the customer's needs, from the very beginning up to the delivery. We do not promote a particular brand, we simply make sure the customer will be helped in the best possible way. Machines and software, distributed, build or designed by RIDDER'S have been selected by highly severe criteria. Not every manufacturer can sell through us; he has to meet with our demands. Due to the extremely large range of different machinery it can be impossible for the customer to make the right choice. After all, you are not a machine builder; you do not to be the expert. We are here to do this for you.
Developping....
Our department RIDDER'S DEVELOPMENT (R&D) guarantees you that even the most complicated problems will be solved. Our own Design and Construction Department will optimise your application and even develop entirely new machinery in case it is not standard available. We develop all our machinery and software with your assistance, since you know exactly what you want. Moreover, together we are strong, and we can offer you the possibility to be one step ahead of your colleagues/competitors.
Guarantee....
All machinery which you have bought, has been extensively tested before delivery, whether or not in your presence. The proper functioning of the machinery is entirely our concern, you can completely concentrate on the fabrication of your products. Upon delivery of the machinery, we extensively explain how the machinery works. This service is entirely for free. As a customers you are also entitled to a technical assistance after delivery of the machinery. Our goal is to improve the quality in order to provide you with a perfect functioning of the machinery. As a customer you can rely on a service from both RIDDER'S and the MANUFACTURER. This is why we can give you a 12 month guarantee. Should a MANUFACTURER not be able to give this guarantee, there is no problem. We are there for you and guarantee you a perfect service.
